1. The problem Automation consultancies spend hours researching prospects before they can start a useful conversation. Public information is scattered across company websites, job postings, and announcements. Generic AI pitches often mistake growth or hiring for proof of a problem, leaving sales teams with weak recommendations and little credibility.
2. What we built Velho Intelligence is a web app that takes a company name and helps answer three questions: Is this a relevant prospect? Where could automation add value? How can we start a meaningful conversation?
It brings company research, opportunity assessment, visual business cases, AI presenter videos, and email outreach into one workspace.
3. How it works - and what’s AI about it An AI research agent searches public sources for operational, hiring, technology, and growth signals. It retains source links and supporting excerpts, considers existing automation providers, and separates verified findings from inferences and unanswered questions.
A business-case agent turns supported opportunities into workflow comparisons and scenario charts. AI interprets the evidence; application code calculates the numbers. Assumptions stay visible, so illustrative benefits are never presented as measured company results.
The app then drafts a personalized presenter script linked to the research. After the user reviews and confirms it, HeyGen generates an AI presenter video. An email assistant drafts a short message, which the user can edit and send through Gmail with the video attached.
The result is a connected path from research to a specific, reviewable outreach message—with evidence behind the pitch.
4. What’s next Pilot Velho with automation consultancies, measure research time saved and prospect response rates, and use feedback to improve opportunity ranking. Next steps include CRM integration and replacing scenario assumptions with customer-provided operational data to build stronger business cases.
