The problem: M&A advisors have limited human resources so they can't have the time to think through all the buyers, sellers, enrich data, close deals, all where the buyers and sellers are old school businesses.
How Prometheus works: AI researches companies, supports voice conversations, and drafts outreach. Matching checks owner conditions against buyer requirements, with human approval before sending. The biggest research implementation was implementing Dream-RSI to recursively self improve the system by learning from flows and deals as they come in.
What’s next: Mergero to go on vacation and Prometheus runs everything from finding more companies to data enrichment to cold outreach and calling.
