The problem Our goal was simple: build something Velho could start using next Monday. Velho's buyers ignore generic AI sales emails, so instead of creating demand we looked for demand that already exists, and found it in job listings. A job ad is a budget that's already approved, and it lists exactly where the manual work is.
What we built Red Pen finds jobs that can be automated and turns each one into a reason to talk. - Radar: searches live Finnish job ads and scans them for repetitive work. - Markup: marks up the company's own ad: every task is automatic, AI-assisted or human, with a margin note on how. - Note: a short email to the person who owns the budget, which opens in Outlook or Gmail ready to send.
How it works Search a company or job title in Radar, scan, and filter by % repetitive. The markup page shows the source ad with an English translation, whether the company is still hiring, the thinking behind every margin note, and the stats: share of the week, hours and euros a year, all on assumptions you can edit. Every quote is checked against the original ad, and Red Pen says "not worth sending" when the case is weak. History keeps every markup with your send/skip call, and Settings sets your name, the model, and the email's language and tone.
What's next Search beyond Duunitori (LinkedIn and more), recurring scans, and Velho's own past work as evidence in every email.
