A standard order panel is not enough for an operation this large. One our team members has experience creating helpdesk software. A basic orders page list doesn't scale well, even with AI integration. We put considerable thought into designing the operator UX, with our live map as the foundation. Your off-the-shelf hackathon vibe coder could not reach this level of taste, but we are Claudin' it. Now how do you make a good and robust agentic system? We came up with the concept of dossiers, in practice delivery scoped static contexts, which the agent reasons over to make accurate calls on what is happening. The dossier holds all records and interactions in a typed manner, and can properly resolve conflicts. Another suggestion from us is equipping drivers with OBD2 devices to plug into the cars, giving live metrics to the dashboard and agents. What falls out of this system is an agent capable of doing chores that would otherwise block the operator. The dossier is just the right size and shape to bundle with a real time voice assistant. We realized that at least in the synthetic dataset we were given, a ton of the issues were checkups with vendors or drivers that hadn't confirmed their state. Our agents are a reliable method to confirm that the car is on site on the day of pickup in a automatic fashion. We built a full demo and simulator, with multiple views: Operator, Driver, Dealer, and Bahn (for controlling the simulation). The next step is integrating this into your existing infrastructure, and lowering your operators cortisol levels.
