The problem B2B teams often reach out with generic pitches—or act on weak signals without checking them. The company gets little reason to reply, and the sales team may not know whether there is a real problem to solve.
What we built ProofPulse helps a team explore a company, review public information, and decide whether a conversation is worth pursuing. It shows source links and separates what is known from what is only a guess.
How it works—and where AI helps Enter a company name or website. ProofPulse checks its public website and a limited number of linked pages, such as news and careers pages. When a publication date is available, it shows the date and whether the page is recent. An AI model helps summarize public text and suggest a possible operations problem; the app presents that as a hypothesis, not a confirmed fact.
The team can then try a small report-combining demonstration, adjust example assumptions to estimate possible value, and review a company-specific meeting draft. Sample reports are clearly identified, and no message is sent automatically.
What’s next Test the workflow with a few companies chosen by real buyers. Check each signal and summary against its source, improve coverage of public tenders and other external sources, and add a human-approved meeting handoff so we can learn whether the right prospects actually respond.
Accuracy note: The current app prepares a meeting draft; it does not send messages or book meetings. It checks company-site pages and linked pages, not external job boards or government databases.
